CANCELLATION POLICY
As your appointment is booked for you personally we turn away other clients for your booking. Should you need to cancel your appointment this must be done prior to 24 hours of your booked appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Clients will be charged anywhere from $50.00 up to the full 100% of their appointment value for No Shows or Cancellation prior
to 24 hrs. of their booked appointment.
BODY WRAPS are booked by appointment ONLY.
We are aware that sometimes lateness happens ... if this is the case, please call us and let us know that you a running a little behind. With other clients booked we may not be able to accomodate you after 15 minutes. your appointment would have to be
re-scheduled.
